Southwest Castings builds CNC machining parts for pumps, valves, rotating equipment and industrial machinery. Material options include stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum and bronze, processed through CNC turning, 3-axis to 5-axis milling, drilling and precision finishing.

Before tooling begins, our manufacturing team in China checks each customer drawing. This review examines wall thickness, reference datums, machining allowances, specified tolerances and access for inspection.

The approved specification determines the repeat-order route, including tooling, casting, heat treatment, CNC machining, drilling, grinding, polishing and final dimensional inspection.

Southwest Castings supports OEM purchasing with manufacturing and export services from China. Submit your 2D application drawings, 3D models or samples; material certification and dimensional inspection reports are available by arrangement.
